Ankur Pandya has joined from ICICI Bank Ltd with a rich and varied corporate experience of 18 years as chief Human Resource Office at PDEU.

Having worked with leading banks like ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank and Kotak Mahindra bank, apart from having a stint in retail firms he now joins us from today onwards.
His experience is in the varied fields of Human resources, customer service, retail business initiatives and technological initiatives.

Having completed his full time Master in Management Studies (Finance) from the Mumbai University he started his corporate career with HDFC Bank in 1997 in the field of customer care, Moving on to Kotak Bank to head the home finance customer care division he then took the plunge to start retail initiatives in the foreign apparel business, moving on to ICICI he has had experience in customer care, small and medium business financing, technological initiatives and Human Resources.

He is a ‘people’s person’ and likes to take up challenging assignments. He firmly believes that ‘Kites fly higher against the wind….Not with it’.
