Pandit Deendayal Energy University has collaborated with various reputed universities across the globe. The University provides international opportunities to students & members of the faculty for exchange of knowledge between the universities. The collaborations enable the University to provide international exposure to students by developing joint research projects as well as long term and short term courses at these reputed universities.
PDEU and SU will jointly design. develop and implement initiatives for following possible activities

- Explore collaboration between SHU's and PDEU's Communication programs;

- Facilitating PDEU programs awareness in this region and drive for more quality students to enroll for undergraduate and post graduate programs.
- Work closely with National Oil companies exploring opportunities for startups.

The University of Manitoba and the Pandit Deendayal Energy University, for the purpose of furthering cooperation through educational and academic exchanges, hereby affirm their intent to promote such cooperation activities as will be of mutual benefit for their respective institutions. Cooperation activities are considered here to include but not be limited to:
- Development of mutually beneficial academic programmes and courses;
- Coordination of academic staff mobility for purposes of teaching, research and training;
- Coordination of student mobility programs for study and research;
- Coordination of academic activities such as joint research, publication and symposia;

The cooperation priorities between the parties shall be assistance
- in exchange of students on different forms of training;
- selecting educational programs, recruitment of staff and students that meet the objectives for cooperation and priority directions for the Parties,
- exchange of experience and information;
- exchange of scientists for lecturing, giving seminars, consultations, internships, joint scientific research and tutorial work;
- exchange of postgraduates and young researchers for training, scientific internships, advanced training;
- conducting the joint scientific research and developments in the spheres of mutual interest;
- preparation and publication of joint studies and developments in the spheres of mutual interest;
- preparation and publication of joint monographs, scientific articles, etc.;
- skills development and staff training,
- invitation of the Parties’ representatives including students, postgraduates, professors and lecturers for participation in scientific conferences, congresses, symposia, cultural events, etc.

- Explore the potential exchange of relevant academic and scientific information;

- Implementation of joint educational master and postgraduate study programs or projects in the field of petroleum engineering and related areas;
- Organization of advanced professional training and retraining courses for the faculty, employees and specialists;
- To work collaboratively in whichever fields seem appropriate to the parties.

- Exchange faculty and/or support the collaboration of faculty in areas of teaching, research, and service. As appropriate, the faculty exchange activities will focus on mutual interests of individual faculty members and groups of faculty.
- Exchange scholarly publications and information and share appropriate bibliographic information in areas of mutual interest to faculty associated with the two (2) institutions.
- Exchange of students through reciprocal exchange programs and for the direct and sponsored enrollment of students as appropriate during the terms of the agreement. The student exchange is based upon the mutual trust and good faith of both participating institutions.
- Develop and implement seminars, forums, workshops and conferences to be taught at the Affiliate by WVU faculty members and taught at WVU by Affiliate faculty.
