Ashutosh Muduli is a HRM specialist. He did Graduation (Hon’s) and Post graduation in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Berhampur university, Berhampur, Orissa. He has a Bachelor degree in Law from Utkal university, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. His doctoral work is in post globalization effect on Human resource management in Indian steel industry. Dr. Muduli has more than 14 years of teaching, research and industry experience. During the course of his experience he has held several important portfolio like Head of the department; Chairman, PG Programme; Chairman, Reseach Cell; Editor, Prayas-Journal of management; Member, Senate etc in different universities and institutes. He has published several research papers and articles in peer reviewed referred Journals of institutes/universities of repute such as BITS, Pilani; XLRI, Jamshedpur; Pondicherry university, Pondicherry; ICFAI university, Hyderabad etc. and presented papers in various National and International conferences in the areas of empowerment, workforce agility, achievement motivation, Strategic human resource management, Talent management.
